matters. Managed the comprehensive litigation of matters in these
areas including frequent court appearances for bench and jury trials,
arbitrations, depositions, drafting briefs and negotiating settlements.

Successfully managed
an annual caseload of over 800 traffic safety and motor vehicle cases,
at least 20 condemnation matters and 20-30 collection matters.
Planned strategies, both individually and collaboratively,
for at least 20 condemnation cases per year, obtaining a favorable
outcome for the client in 70% of the cases at trial.
Successfully negotiated the settlement of hundreds of property
damage claims saving the State and its citizens millions of dollars
in taxpayer revenue.
Represented the Commonwealth in the media regarding sensitive
legal issues impacting the entire citizenry of Pennsylvania.

and implemented a training program involving the coaching and mentoring
