Our Wellness Team holds a group support workshop on the second Saturday of each month at various locations. It’s a place for you look at what’s going on in your life, interact with our wellness team and have a conversation with people going through this transition. We want you to feel better when you leave than when you arrive.

The workshop will be held from 1:00 – 3:00 on the second Saturday of every month. Our January meeting will be on the 11th at Koru Real Wellness in Doylestown, PA, then February 8th at the same location.

In February we will be adding a location in Fort Washington at the Center for Mindfulness and Wellness.
