Aleah Grimshaw, MSW, LSW, is a Licensed Social Worker in Pennsylvania and New Jersey who brings a strong background in supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families through compassionate, strengths-based care. She earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from Kutztown University, where she developed a deep commitment to serving diverse and underserved communities.
Her professional experience includes mentoring youth in low-income school settings and supporting individuals reentering society by connecting them with essential resources to promote stability, confidence, and long-term success. She has also provided social-emotional learning support, facilitated mental health workshops, and built meaningful community partnerships.
Aleah utilizes a holistic and interpersonal approach, integrating trauma-informed principles to support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. She strives to create a safe, structured environment where all parties feel heard, respected, and empowered.
In her work within parenting mediation, Aleah supports families in fostering effective communication, reducing conflict, and creating balanced, child-centered solutions that promote healthier co-parenting relationships and long-term family stability.
