Overview

As a seasoned therapist of 15 years, my goal in to help you heal from past hurts and from current struggles, to build a more confident sense of self, and to help you to strengthen your relationships so that you can lead a life that is worth celebrating.

I believe therapy is a gift to ourselves. Taking time to explore our inner struggles and how they are affecting our daily lives can be empowering and eventually freeing. It is a journey of courage and strength, and I am honored to be able to walk beside others as they travel it.
